Storm of Swords and Other Stuff

Kahapon nakahiram ako ng Storm of Swords by George R.R. Martin, which is the third book of the Song of Fire and Ice series - which in my opinion is one of the best fantasy series! Wheel of Time, my a$$ - even a WOT fan will acknowledge that Martin is a better writer than Robert Jordan. Unfortunately, the series is very rare - kaya nanghihiram lang ako ay dahil WALA TALAGA AKONG MAKITA!! Matagal ko na ngang pinromise, na pag nakakita ako ng book ay bibilhin ko... Iba kasi 'yung writing style ni Martin, iba-iba yung POV so the story is seen through different people and how these people perceive the events around them. Quite hard to really explain, so if you can find the book, grab it.

Been watching the replays of the famous NBA riot - at least nakakuha na ko ng downloaded file, instead of watching for it on TV, hehe - quite nice to see some action in the game for once... although I think nakawawa lang 'yung Pacers sa mga suspensions nila :(
