We went to a friend Roe's place yesterday for his birthday - not really a birthday party - more like Warhammer 40k game sessions. And so I got to watch a WH40k game for the first time - and well it looks quite easy to learn, and except for all those special rules ek-ek, I think I'll be able to play on my own - but, but - no I don't think I'll be immersing myself in the game just yet - and for financial reasons (pwede bang mag-assemble and mag-paint lang?). I think the tank I just saw costs about 4,000 pesos. Maybe if I had a higher paying job... In which case, madadagdagan lang ulit 'yung mga luho ko...
So i had to content myself with WH40k: Dawn of War for the PC. One gripe: the terrible loading time!!! Gaddam! About 5 minutes before even the Main Menu comes up! Well, kinda nice game, even though I'm already currently playing several games: NBA Live 2k5, Rome: Total War, Zoo Empire (which I'm still only barely 'playing' at all, since I can't seem able to get the terrains done to my liking - though I still try every once in a while). So I'm back to a four-game rotation hehe... I don't know what you call it, but I never seem to be able to concentrate solely on a single game at a time, unless I happen to be totally immersed in one (like Super Robot Wars Alpha 2, or Medieval: Total War, Close Combat 5) - 'yung mga tipong napapanaginipan mo na... But for now, I need a new hard disk, dahil kinailangan kong tanggalin ang Madden NFL 2k5... grrr...
